NING SEN
Ning Sen is a Taiwanese artist from Kaohsiung. He holds an MFA in New Media Art from Taipei National University of the Arts and is currently based in Taipei. His practice spans experimental video, sensory art, interactive virtual theater, image installation, and stage visuals, exploring the ambiguous relationships between technology, emotion, and subjectivity.
Through immersive new media experiences and sensory forms of bodily input and output, Ning Sen creates dialogues across time and space among the viewer, the artist, and the artwork. His series transform personal bodily experience into collective encounters, evolving organically through audience participation.
His works have attracted large audiences and have been exhibited and awarded in Taiwan and internationally, including Hong Kong ifva, AKI GALLERY Leipzig, the Berlin International Film Festival, the Golden Harvest Awards, the Sony World Photography Awards, the Croatian One Minute Film Festival, the U.S. VR New Vision Award, Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Tainan Art Museum, and international art and technology symposiums.
寧森來自台灣高雄，畢業於國立台北藝術大學新媒體碩士，目前定居在台北從事藝術創作。主
要創作實驗影片、感官藝術、互動式虛擬劇場、影像裝置、舞台視覺。其創作內容多關注於探
索科技、情感與主體性之間的模糊地帶。
寧森邀請觀者進入沈浸式藝術中，透過新媒體與身體不同感官的輸入／輸出形式，產生觀者、
創作者、作品間跨時空的對話。作品系列非止於展示狀態，而是從個人身體到集體經驗的轉
化，隨著觀者的參與而有機生長。
多次展覽吸引高人次觀看，讓更多人能加入探討藝術家想表達的相關理念，並且也曾擔任講師
與評審，傳遞藝術理念。作品多次在國內外展出與獲獎：香港 ifva、德國萊比錫 AKI
GALLERY、柏林國際影展、金穗獎、索尼世界攝影獎、國際影展 CROATIAN ONE MINUTE
FILM FESTIVAL、美國 VR 新視角獎、高美館、南美館、科技藝術國際研討會特選......
